This is the rule of the healing practice that the method is called functional medicine. This approach is also that many practitioners of alternative medicine to take. There are steps that many others in this healing method, but the first and most important of them is to go gluten.

When you are new to a gluten-free life makes you happy just to be able to find something with a "gluten-free label." That's what I felt. But there are many products today are labeled "gluten free" but are just not good for you. These products may have too much sugar, too many artificial additives, colorings and other natural substances.

Is there a big secret or a trick to cooking GF?

It's kind of simple: Keep products containing gluten away from your kitchen. It's hard to do when a person eats gluten. However, you may want to try for the whole family. If this is not an option, you may consider separation or labeling.

Try the other side of your pantry for the gluten-free products and other foods is not GF. In this way you will automatically reach the correct destination.

As you may know, GF diet does not contain these grains:

Wheat

Barley

Rye

Most likely, oats

You need to stay away from these grains, and make sure they are not included in the favorite ingredients yogurt, cereals, sauces, dip, chips and other foods that contain gluten can be hidden.

GF diet is not only for patients with celiac disease. It's too many people who have chronic digestive problems that have tested positive for gluten sensitivity, gluten intolerance, gluten intolerance or just want to stay gluten-free diet because they feel it is better for them.

Stay on a strict diet GF can make you feel the benefits of health as less indigestion, constipation smaller and more energy and endurance. I'm not a celebrity, but I am a pharmacist and a very experienced holistic practitioner, as so many patients improve their health with a gluten-free diet. That is why I am so passionate about it.

Gluten-free diet should not only consist of gluten-free products, but it has healthier choices like raw vegetables, nuts and fruits raw materials for better health.
