Baked Chicken Recipe Oven Does Not Contain Gluten, Although It Never Guess!

Ingredients:

2 pounds chicken pieces

1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs

Onion powder 1 / 4 tsp

1 / 4 teaspoon salt

1 pinch garlic powder

1 / 2 tablespoon parsley flakes

1 / 8 c. teaspoon black pepper or white

1 tablespoon sour cream powder

Instructions:

Mix all dry ingredients in a gallon zip-lock plastic bags for food storage.

Wet chicken, place a piece at a time in a plastic bag and shake to coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place on foil-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the size and thickness of chicken pieces. Chicken is cooked when the juices run clear when pierced with a fork. (If you like dry chicken, cook for another 15 minutes.) Serve immediately.
