Gluten Free Fast Meals Free For Children With Celiac Disease
Making gluten free meals for children can be a challenge. After discovering that my son has celiac disease, my wife and I struggled to come up with quick meals for my son could eat.
We arrived with a few quick and easy meal for him to eat. Nothing here is revolutionary, just some simple ideas.
GF noodles play an important role in many dishes you do.
Please is a gluten-free, so you can make spaghetti and Prego, GF noodles. Kraft grated parmesan cheese to their lists as the GF so you can top spaghetti. Or if the baby does not hold sauce, you can win the pasta and add Parmesan cheese flavored.
I can not confirm that the Velveeta (Kraft product) is gluten free, but my son was eating with no problem. We make GF pasta (you can get the elbow or shapes) and cut Velveeta into cubes and melt with noodles.
My son is not a big fan of scrambled eggs, but jazz, with peanut butter! This seems strange, but since my son is still on the small size, try to give as many calories as possible.
Carl grass meat products are all listed as GF on their website and packaging. You can cut the meat and add to scrambled eggs.
Bisquick has just come out with a gluten-free pancake mix. Some syrups are the GF, but do your homework on this. Pure maple syrup are good, but can be expensive.
You can get GF tortillas (I found them at my local Target) and melt cheese on them. I use block cheese and shred it. Some cheese may contain gluten to hold it hangs together.
Neil M Miller and his wife have a young son, who has celiac disease. For special offers and more information on how to live gluten-free check my website.
