Fast Gluten-free For Your Child
Do you think your child may have celiac disease, but does not really know what they can eat. There are a lot of confusion about what foods are gluten free. My wife and I are ready to come up with gluten-free meals for your child.
Our two year old celiac disease and is also a very picky eater. This really makes things difficult. It is on the small size for his age, so we do not mind sneaking in extra calories when we can.
For breakfast you can feed your son or daughter scrambled eggs. If you add the cheese, so be sure to shred it yourself. Some grated cheese ingredients used to store the cheese stick together. These can contain gluten. Carl grass processed meats are GF label on the package. Cut the ham and mix with the eggs.
Yoplait Yogurt is gluten free. Other trademarks may be so, but he says Yoplait on the label.
For lunch you could do a summary of cheese. Use corn tortillas and cheese is melted GF (to grind) on the inside. Add the sauce for extra flavor Pace.
Prego spaghetti sauce is GF. Boil the rice noodles (which should be able to find in the bio section of your local supermarket) and add the ground beef proteins.
For snacks, fruit on top with peanut butter. Most brands of peanut butter should be gluten free, but one he Skippy on the label, so I stay with her.
Chex cereal can be dry or "Puppy Chow" to Chex cereal for when you're moving.
These are just a few quick meals gluten free for your child. Feeding your child with celiac disease should not be difficult, just check before you go to the grocery store.
